Q: Are your employees bonded and insured?
A: Yes, we are bonded and carry a $2,000,000 comprehensive liability insurance policy. Employees are covered by WCB and all of our employees have had criminal background checks done prior to hiring.
Q: Are we required to sign a contract?
A: No, we want you to remain a customer not because you have to, but rather because you want to. We also understand that circumstances may change in our customers personal situations that may prevent them from continuing services.
Q: Will it be the same person cleaning my home?
A: The answer is yes. Unless otherwise requested by you, or in case of illness, a substitute cleaner will be provided. Having the same cleaner is the best option as they become familiar with your home and any special requests that you may have. Should a substitute cleaner be required, a detailed portfolio is set up for each and every customer allowing us to address unique requests and be consistent with your service.
Q: Do we need to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies?
A: No, we come prepared to completely clean your home right down to we bring our own vacuums.
Q: Do we need to be Home?
A: No, most of our clients may be at work during the day or are away while their homes are being cleaned. We make prior arrangements to obtain a key from you. All keys are stored at our Head Office when not in use, and are immediately returned upon customer request.
Q: What if I am not happy with the Service?
A: Canada Home Pro 100% guarantees our work. Should you not be happy with your service, please call us within 24 hours of the visit and we will send the same cleaner back; accompanied by a supervisor to ensure we get it right.
Q: Are the cleaners you use "safe" around pets & children?
A: Yes, we use eco-friendly products and all of our products meet (WHMIS) health regulations.
Q: What if something gets damaged during my service?
A: We do our best not to damage anything; however accidents may happen, be assured that we are fully responsible for the repair or replacement.
